IRM CAMP

The winter YouTH Ski Camp is a five-day intensive program for children and teenagers aged 4 to 14 focused on alpine and cross-country skiing training. The camp is held at the Ski-Tatyr, Kashkulak, and ZIL ski resorts depending on participants’ skill levels. The program includes daily training sessions led by certified instructors of the Kyrgyz Union of Pedestrian Tourism. Participants are divided into groups according to age and skiing skills. For children over 10 years old, safety training and first aid lessons are included. The camp concludes with a final graduation exam in the format of a downhill skiing competition. The participation fee covers a full set of ski equipment (skis, boots, poles), instructors’ services, ski pass, transportation, meals, insurance, and educational materials. The camp aims not only to teach skiing fundamentals but also to develop safe behavior on the slopes, discipline, and teamwork skills.

The spring YouTH ProfCamp is a career guidance program for teenagers aged 12 to 17 aimed at introducing modern and in-demand professions of the future. The camp takes place during spring holidays and combines educational training with team activities. The program includes master classes from invited experts and practicing professionals in IT and programming, digital marketing, graphic design, video production, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and project management. Participants are divided into professional tracks based on their interests. During the camp, they work on real projects such as creating websites, developing advertising campaigns, producing videos, or presenting business ideas. In addition to the educational component, the program includes team-building games, evening events, and meetings with successful professionals. The camp helps teenagers make informed career choices, develop soft skills, and gain practical competencies necessary for a successful career start. The program lasts 5–7 days.

Jashtar Camp is a unique summer tent camp that combines active outdoor recreation with educational and personal development activities for youth. The camp is located in the picturesque mountain gorges of the Chui or Issyk-Kul regions and is designed for participants aged 12 to 17. The program includes living in tents, trekking hikes, survival skills training, orientation in natural terrain, fire-making, and outdoor cooking. The educational component consists of daily trainings and workshops on leadership development, team building, environmental awareness, and first aid. Evening activities include campfire songs, discussions, bonding games, and stargazing. Jashtar Camp is focused on developing independence, responsibility, communication skills, and respect for nature. The program lasts 7–10 days, ensuring full immersion in an atmosphere of adventure and personal growth.

The Young Diplomats Academy is an intensive educational camp aimed at preparing a new generation of diplomatic leaders of Kyrgyzstan. The program is designed for senior students of international relations, political science, law, journalism, and economics faculties, as well as young professionals up to 30 years old interested in building a career in diplomacy or international organizations. The camp combines theoretical education with practical training, including master classes from active diplomats and international experts, negotiation skills training, diplomatic protocol and etiquette workshops, simulation of United Nations sessions, and debates on current international issues. Special attention is given to language training with an emphasis on diplomatic vocabulary. The program follows the principle of “education–practice–community–career,” enabling participants not only to gain knowledge but also to build professional networks and access internship and job opportunities at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan and international organizations. The camp concludes with certificate awards and inclusion in a closed alumni community that provides ongoing career support. The duration of the program is 7–10 days with full immersion in an intensive educational environment.
