Youth GO Monitoring Visit to Aitmatov District

On April 14, as part of a monitoring visit of the Youth GO project, a series of meetings took place in Aitmatov District of Talas Region.
📌 The purpose of the visit was to assess how the Program implementation aligns with the goals and objectives set within the framework of the project’s small grants.
During a meeting with the Deputy Head of the District State Administration of Aitmatov District, Seydkerimova Mira Esirkepovna, the team discussed the project’s impact on the local community, as well as its potential for further continuation and scaling.
A meeting was also held with representatives of the small grant recipient — the Public Foundation “Kyzyl-Adyr Yntymak”, during which the achieved results were evaluated.
The team also visited a youth center and an intellectual game aimed at developing youth civic engagement.
The project “Empowering Youth through Digital Skills” (Youth GO) is funded by the European Union and co-funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany (BMZ).
It is implemented by the Institute for Youth Development (IYD) in partnership with DVV International in Kyrgyzstan.
