Youth GO Working Visit to Ton District

The Youth GO project team visited Ton District as part of a working visit. The purpose was to assess the implementation of small grants and their alignment with the program objectives for 2024–2026.
Key outcomes:
A meeting was held at the Ton District administration with representatives of Ak-Terek, Ulakhol, and Kun-Chygysh local authorities. The team discussed results on the ground and reviewed the outcomes of grant support.
A meeting was also held with initiative groups. Direct communication with participants provided valuable feedback for assessing the real impact of the project.
An analysis was conducted to evaluate how the implemented initiatives align with the goals of developing youth digital potential in the region.
The project “Empowering Youth through Digital Skills” (Youth GO) is funded by the European Union and co-funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany (BMZ).
It is implemented by the Institute for Youth Development (IYD) in partnership with DVV International in Kyrgyzstan.
