Training on Digital Tools for Civic Participation Held in Ton District


A training on digital tools for civic participation was held in Bokonbaev village of Ton District, Issyk-Kul Region, as part of the Youth Go project's small grants program and organized by the Aityrek initiative group 💻✨
Participants discussed media and modern communication platforms, learned how to create content to promote civic initiatives, analyzed real social media pages, and practiced planning information campaigns 📱
The second part of the training focused on public speaking 🎤 Participants worked on their voice, diction, speech structure, and body language, which are essential skills for communicating ideas effectively.
Participants now have practical tools ranging from creating engaging content to confidently speaking in front of an audience 🙌
The events were held within the framework of the Youth Go project, funded by the European Union and co-funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany (BMZ).
The project is implemented by the Institute for Youth Development (IYD) in partnership with DVV International in Kyrgyzstan.
