The First Stage of the ToT Programme on Civic Participation and Electoral Processes Concludes in Osh

📍 The training stage of the ToT (Training of Trainers) programme, aimed at preparing young trainers on civic participation and electoral processes, has concluded in Osh.

Over three days, participants from different regions of Kyrgyzstan explored the fundamentals of civic participation, public administration, and electoral processes. They also developed their communication, facilitation, and youth engagement skills.

The training was delivered in an interactive format and included group exercises, practical assignments, discussions, and experience-sharing.

However, this is only one stage of the programme. The participants will continue with the next round of training, focused on strengthening their practical training skills and preparing them to work independently.

Upon completing the programme, participants will be able to apply their knowledge in practice by conducting educational activities and training sessions in their communities.
