The Training Stage of the ToT Programme on Civic Participation and Electoral Processes Concludes in Bishkek

📍 The training stage of the ToT (Training of Trainers) programme on civic participation and electoral processes, implemented by the Institute for Youth Development with the support of the OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek, has concluded in Bishkek.

Over the course of three days, participants not only explored new topics but also enhanced their training skills through practical assignments, teamwork, and conducting their own mini-training sessions.

Each day of the programme provided a space for experience-sharing, open dialogue, and collaborative problem-solving. This format helps future trainers not only gain new knowledge but also learn how to communicate it effectively to others.

The participants will continue with the upcoming stages of the programme, where they will further develop their competencies and apply their experience in practice.
