ToT Programme Practical Stage: Young Trainers Deliver Training Sessions Across Kyrgyzstan

The practical stage of the ToT programme marked the next step following the participants’ training. Young trainers applied the knowledge and skills they had gained by delivering their own training sessions and educational activities for young people across the regions of Kyrgyzstan.

During the practical stage, participants adapted the training content to the needs of their audiences and local contexts, shared their knowledge, and helped young people develop civic participation skills.

The programme is implemented by the Public Foundation “Institute for Youth Development” (IYD), the Centre for Civic Education and Electoral Technologies under the Central Commission for Elections and Referenda of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek.
