The events are held within the framework of the "Youth Go" project, funded by the European Union and co-funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany (BMZ).

The project is implemented by the Institute for Youth Development (IYD) in partnership with DVV International in Kyrgyzstan.
